I think June may be a better time to be in Kittery. Less traffic and crowds etc. In addition the fishing might be better too

Capt Dave will definitely work very hard to make sure you catch fish and have a good time. be sure you go with some one who knows exactly where the fish are and are biting.

Only fish of substantial size that were biting was cod, which was out of season. I was planning catch and release anyway, but I would’ve been disappointed if I was planning a meal. Fishing was a little slower than ideal, and for that I blame the fish!

Take a longer trip. The two hours was not enough! It went by very quick and I could have spent all afternoon fishing with Joe.

Wear warm clothes, waterproof if you have them! It can get windy out there and the weather can turn, so wear sunscreen and bring layers! There's not a lot of room on the boat and turning back for the bathroom is hard, so prepare accordingly!

Seems like striper fishing in Maine is just starting/heating up. I feel I was fortunate to catch one, let alone 3! Seems that end of June is a better time based on what I’ve learned. Fishing is always a game of skill and luck though. Every fisherman must know that!!! #FishOn

Be prepared for the real deal of sea fishing in May!!! Captain Luke is a real lifelong fisherman & will prepare you for the trip. He was very quick to answer questions, in the days-weeks before the journey.

We stayed out in Conway, NH - there is not a lot in Sebago! Lake is very pretty though.
